The creation (un)stitch(ed) or There Once Was a Little Girl Who Was Afraid of Birds won the 2013 Best Creative Thesis prize at the Superior School of Theatre of the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM). Following this citation of excellence, the theoretical reflection was published by the Éditions universitaires européennes under the title Les arts de la marionnette et la figure du double.

Below is the digital version of the book. This work aims at considering puppet language as an art of the double. Its primary objective is to show how the figure of the double can become the epicentre of a visual dramaturgy liberated from speech.
